• What is the difference between the Regular and Premium Simulator Bays?
The primary differences are information and technology. The premium bays will provide both ball AND club data and have 110 available courses for play. The premium bays also have bigger/brighter screens, better accomodate Left and Right handed golfers and also provide access to over 13 multisport skill challenges. The regular bays will provide you with only ball data however, they now have 1000s of courses available for play.

  • What happens if I'm late for my reservation?
Your reservation will be held for up to 30 minutes after your designated start time. If there are no other reservations directly behind yours we will gladly extend your rental or find another station if available.
  • How long does it take to play a full round?
It takes about an hour to play a full round for a single golfer. Please plan on an extra 1 hour and 15 minutes for each additional golfer.
  • How many golfers can play at one time?
The number of golfers supported in a round of simulation play varies by bay type. The regular bays support up to 8 golfers at a time for simulation play. The Premium bays also support up to 12 golfers at a time for simulation play however groups this large can take a very long time to play a round of golf and are generally not recommended. Practice sessions can support as many golfers as desired.
  • Are spectators allowed?
Absolutely! There is seating available at each bay for both the golfers as well as spectators. However, only golfers are allowed inside the simulator bays for the safety of all guests.
  • Can I use my own clubs?
Absolutely! The best way to dial in the distances and improve your own personal game is to use your own clubs. However, if you do not have clubs, you are welcome to borrow one of ours. The clubs are on a first come first serve basis though so if you know if you will need clubs ahead of time, please let us know when you make your reservation to ensure there are clubs available.
  • Do I need golf shoes?
Sneakers provide the best traction while using the simulators. Spikeless golf shoes are also permitted, however, any spiked golf shoes are not allowed as they will damage the hitting mats.
  • Can I use my own golf balls?
Each bay will have golf balls provided, however, you may also use your own balls. The only requirement is that you use balls that do not have "Sharpie" markings on them as they will stain our screens.
  • Are both Right and Left handed golfers supported?
Yes! With the Premium bays, all that needs to be done is place the ball on the left or right side of the mat for LH and RH golfers. On the Regular bays, its as simple as moving the Launch Monitor from one side to the other. The units will automatically switch based on the dexterity of the golfer.
  • Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Swing Evolutions is a BYOB facility and seating areas are provided at each station to relax and enjoy your refreshments.
  • Is there an age restriction?
Children under the age of 12 can use the simulators, however, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
